Villas by the Sea Update
Villas by the Sea completed Ground breaking for the new Oceanfront Building and construction is now underway.
The Oceanfront Building is scheduled for delivery in March – May of 2016. Of 15 total Units in the Oceanfront Building, only 5 Residences remain available for purchase. One of of my Buyers is under Contract to purchase the Southeast Corner Unit–they are looking forward to living at Villas by the Sea and enjoying Lauderdale by the Sea’s lifestyle. Prices for the remaining Oceanfront Residences range from $1,260,900 – $1,511,900.
The Oceanside Building (across from the Beach) is scheduled for delivery in August – October of 2016 and remaining Residences are available in a price range of $604,900 – $649,900.
Villas by the Sea includes a 2-Story Oceanfront Clubhouse overlooking a 600-stretch of Beach (including a Fitness Center, Club Room, Oceanfront heated Pool, and Cabanas), Garage Parking for all Residents, and is Pet friendly.
