The vast majority of Oceanfront Condos in Boca Raton were built during the 1960’s – 1980’s, so the selection of recently constructed Oceanfront Condos in Boca is very limited. It’s also important to note that Boca’s “new” Condos are Boutique style Buildings with few Units (all very spacious in size), so that contributes not only to limited Inventory, but premium values, and a limited number of sales.
The most recent sales of Residences in Boca’s recently constructed Condos (built in the 2000’s) are the following:
- One Thousand Ocean Condo, Unit 301–4 Bedrooms, 6.5 Baths, and 4,971 Square Feet of Living Area: Purchased for $5,995,000 on February 12, 2015.
- Luxuria Condo, Unit 701–4 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, and 4,494 Square Feet of Living Area: Purchased for $5,000,000 on March 27, 2015.
- One Thousand Ocean Condo, Unit 403–3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, and 3,416 Square Feet of Living Area: Purchased for $5,100,000 on March 31, 2015.
- Excelsior Condo, Penthouse 2–2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, and 4,332 Square Feet of Living Area: Purchased for $3,700,000 on April 30, 2015.
- Athena Condo, Unit 3–3 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, and 3,954 Square Feet of Living Area: Purchased for $2,750,000 on April 20, 2015.
Current Inventory in these Buildings is low, as usual, and there’s a total of only 8 Residences on the Market for sale in 3 of the 4 Buildings (see details below and click each link to view current listings and additional information about each Building):
- One Thousand Ocean Condo (pictured above)- Built in 2010 – 4 Residences currently for sale- priced from $4,099,500 – $9,950,000
- Excelsior Condo– Built in 2002 – 2 Residences currently for sale – priced at $2,950,000 and $4,950,000
- Luxuria Condo-Built in 2009 – 2 Residences currently for sale – priced at $4,995,000 and $5,900,000
- Athena Condo– Built in 2000 – None of its’ Residences are currently on the Market for sale
Note that there are beautiful, Luxury Condos on the Beach that have been renovated and have spectacular views, that are located in Buildings that are older, but have completed renovation of their Lobbies and other common areas. In order to expand the selection of properties to consider, such Condos should definitely be considered if your search will only include Oceanfront Condos in Boca Raton.
