Villas by the Sea Construction Progress
and Inventory Update
Construction of the direct Oceanfront Building at Villas by the Sea is progressing well and construction of the 3rd Floor is now starting. Villas by the Sea Condo Phase 2 is scheduled for construction completion in 2016.
The 2 new Buildings that are being constructed at Villas by the Sea will include only 15 Residences in the direct Oceanfront Building and 36 Residences in the non-Oceanfront Building. Currently, only 5 Units remain available (Contracts were accepted from Buyers for purchase of the other Units). The available Units are as follows:
- 2 Units in the direct Oceanfront Building: a Seashore Model priced at $1,541,980 and an Ocean Reef Unit priced at $1,636,610.
- 3 Units in the non-Oceanfront Building: a Coastal Model and 2 Seashore Models priced in a range of $658,230 – $678,540.
Villas by the Sea enjoys a prime Beach location that’s within walking distance to Shops and Restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea.
