Of recently constructed Oceanfront Condos in Broward County, Beach Club Condo in Hallandale Beach offers the lowest prices and it’s a great choice to consider for Buyers who are interested in direct Beachfront location, beautiful views, Luxury Amenities, and spacious Residences.

Below are details about average purchase prices of Units sold this year in Beach Club Condo.  I separated the sales information per Building and for direct Oceanfront Units vs. Units that aren’t direct Oceanfront.   Towers 1 and 3 offer identical Floor plans and, of their Floor plans, ONLY 4 Floor plans are DIRECT Oceanfront–Units 01, 02, 03, and 04.  Tower 2 has ONLY 2 DIRECT Oceanfront Floor plans–Units 01 and 02.   Direct Oceanfront Units command the highest purchase prices, of course.  Note as well that purchase prices are higher in Tower 1/the South Tower (in South Florida’s Beachfront Condos, South views–particularly Southeast–are considered to be highly desirable by many Buyers).

Beach Club Tower 1 Units sold during January – August 2015:

  • 7 direct Oceanfront Units sold for purchase prices ranging from $907,000 – $1,550,000, with an average purchase price of $1,220,929
  • 9 other Units (not direct Oceanfront) sold with an average purchase price of $622,778

Beach Club Tower 2 Units sold during January – August 2015:

  • 3 direct Oceanfront Units sold for purchase prices ranging from $1,150,000 – $1,300,000, with an average purchase price of $1,246,667
  • 30 other Units (not direct Oceanfront) sold with an average purchase price of $669,717

Beach Club Tower 3 Units sold during January – August 2015:

  • 3 direct Oceanfront Units sold for purchase prices ranging from $905,000 – $1,180,000, with an average purchase price of $1,086,667
  • 8 other Units (not direct Oceanfront) sold with an average purchase price of $567,500

Note:  there are Units other than direct Oceanfront that offer Ocean views, so they should be considered as well if DIRECT Oceanfront isn’t an absolute requirement.
