Construction and availability update
I visited Balboa Beach Houses again and took the picture above at the Intersection of Balboa Street and N. Surf Rd. Balboa Beach Houses are located on the Beach Block, with the Beach pictured above located at the end of the Street.
Construction is progressing well at Balboa Beach Houses with delivery of the 8 Homes estimated for delivery in June – September of 2016. Of the 8 Homes, 3 are available and their prices range from $1,675,000 – $1,775,000. Originally, 9 Homes were planned for construction, however, 8 are being built instead of 9.
Balboa Beach Houses offer spacious, open Floor plans with ~2,953 Square Feet of Living Area, a 2-Car Garage, ~1,358 Square Feet of Roof Deck and Balconies, Elevator, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, and Den or optional 4th Bedroom. Adding a Pool is an option as well.
