  • Hillsboro Bay by the Sea – 1770 Bay Dr. in Pompano Beach – Purchased for $1,625,000 on March 29, 2016:  3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 3,425 Square Feet of Living Area, and 2-Car Garage.
  • Hillsboro Bay by the Sea – 1796 Bay Dr. in Pompano Beach – Purchased for $1,320,000 on May 13, 2016:  3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 3,013 Square Feet of Living Area, and 2-Car Garage.
  • Seascape Townhomes – 401 S. Surf Rd. in Hollywood – Purchased for $1,255,000 on February 22, 2016: 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 2,066 Square Feet of Living Area.
  • Ocean Terrace – 3115 S. Ocean Blvd. #105  in Highland Beach- Purchased for $1,150,000 on April 25, 2016:  3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 1,839 Square Feet of Living Area.
  • Townhouses of Highland Beach – 2565 S. Ocean Blvd. #109 in Highland Beach – Purchased for $1,100,000 on May 12, 2016: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2,300 Square Feet of Living Area.
  • Pelican Beach – 4535 Coquina Rd. in Boynton Beach – Purchased for $1,100,000 on May 27, 2016: 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 3,536 Square Feet of Living Area.

  • Venetian Villas – 550 NE 21st Av. #13 in Deerfield Beach – Purchased for $525,000 on January 13, 2016: 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 1,350 Square Feet of Living Area.
