The most recently sold Properties in Golden Isles are the following, per MLS and Tax data regarding Closed Sales:

  • 401 Sunset Drive–Purchased for $1,740,000 on January 6, 2017: Built in 1967, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 2-Car Garage, Pool, ~3,236 Square Feet, and 282′ of Waterfront on a Canal front Point Lot. Pictures of the Home indicate that full renovation is recommended.
  • 424 Alamanda Drive–Purchased for $1,675,000 on February 10, 2017: Built in 1969, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, ~3,789 Square Feet, 2-Car Garage, Pool, and 150′ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal.  Pictures of the Home indicate that full renovation is recommended.
  • 512 Palm Drive–Purchased for $1,290,000 on November 4, 2016:  Built in 1969, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 1-Car Garage, Pool, ~3,247 Square Feet, and 85′ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal.   Pictures of the Home indicate that renovation was completed in various areas of the Home, however, the renovation doesn’t appear to be very recent and some additional updates throughout the Home would most likely be recommended.

Currently, 4 Properties in Golden Isles are listed as being under Contract for purchase (Pending Sales/Offers were accepted for their purchase) and have future Closing dates that are scheduled in March, 2017.  Their list prices range from $1,799,500 – $5,495,000.

As is typical with Waterfront Ocean access Properties, Land value represents a significant portion of a Property’s value.   With the exception of 5 Properties in Golden Isles, all are Waterfront properties located along Ocean access Canals and the Intracoastal.  Golden Isles enjoys a prime location in Hallandale Beach that’s East of Federal Hwy. and only 1 Mile from the Beach.   Deep Water, no Fixed Bridges, and wide Canals are significant benefits to Boaters and there are a number of large Vessels docked in the Community.

Older Homes in Golden Isles that require full renovation (Teardowns) are typically purchased by Buyers who are interested in building a new Home. Of Homes that are currently on the Market for Sale in Golden Isles, 2 are currently under Construction and 2 were built last Year.  Their prices range from $1,985,000 – $5,795,000.
