Everything is relative, so even though these 4 Condos were constructed 10 – 20 Years ago, they are considered to be “recent” construction for the Ft. Lauderdale Beach area since the other direct Beachfront Condos in Ft. Lauderdale were built during the 1960’s – 1980’s.
These 4 Condos are L’Hermitage, L’Ambiance, The Palms, and Coconut Grove Residences.
