During this Year, Fisher Island properties that sold ranged in purchase price from $2,143,407 – $35,000,000.  Condos at Palazzo del Sol comprised the majority of Fisher Island properties that have been purchased this Year and were sold with average purchase prices of $6,712,500 each.

The property that sold for $35,000,000 was purchased on May 4, 2017 and is Penthouse 2 at Palazzo del Sol Condo, the largest of the 3 Penthouses at Palazzo del Sol.  The total $35,000,000 purchase price equated to $31,260,000 for the Condo and $3,740,000 for the following add-ons:  custom Golf Cart, private Storage space, Guest Suite, Pool Cabana, and private Air Conditioned Garage.  Penthouse 2 has private Elevator entry, Floor-to-Ceiling Impact Windows and Doors, 9,715 Square Feet of Living Area, a 6,798 Square Foot Rooftop Deck, private Pool, and 1,797 Square Feet of Terraces on the main Floor.   This is the highest purchase price in history for a Fisher Island property.
