Botaniko Weston Construction Update
Construction of Homes in the Botaniko Weston Community is progressing well and the 1st Phase of Homes is planned for delivery in October of 2017. Construction is planned in 4 Phases (see Site Map below). Botaniko Weston is a private, new Community in Weston, Florida that will include a total of only 125 Homes. The Architectural design of the Homes will be Modern/Contemporary, designed by Award-winning Architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Mateu.
Remaining Homes + Lots in Botaniko Weston range in price from $1,960,900 – $2,800,900+. Homes range in size from 4-7 Bedrooms with 6,600 – 9,600 Square Feet, 10 different Floor plans, Swimming Pool, Summer Kitchen, Impact Windows, Italian Cabinetry, luxury Appliances, high Ceilings, Smart House pre-wiring, 3 – 4 Car Garages, and more! 1-Story and 2-Story Homes are available and 85% of the Properties will be Lake front with beautiful Water views.
At this point, the Homes that are currently under construction are Properties that have been purchased by their individual, private Owners. Spec Homes/move-in ready Homes aren’t currently available, so new Buyers will be purchasing and customizing their Homes, which are estimated for delivery within 10 – 12 Months after commencement of Construction.
The monthly HOA fee is estimated to be $574.38, which will include 24-hr. Concierge service, 24-hr. Community Security, Cable TV, Internet, and maintenance of the Community’s common areas.
The Deposit and payment structure is as follows:
- 10% at the time of Contract
- An additional 10% 60 days after Contract
- 10% at the beginning of Construction
- 5% when construction of the Roof top is reached
- The remaining 65% due at Closing
