Hillsboro Shores Homes in Pompano Beach

 

MLS Property Records indicate that, during the Months of January – June of 2018, 85 Waterfront Ocean access Single Family Properties sold in Pompano Beach.

The properties that sold are as follows:

  • 48 Single Family Waterfront Homes in Communities WITHOUT Fixed Bridges sold with a purchase price range of $525,536 – $5,250,000 and average purchase price of $870,000. The properties are located along Ocean access Canals, the Intracoastal, and Ocean.   The Community locations of the Properties are Country Club Isles, Cypress Point, Harbor Village, Hillsboro Harbor, Hillsboro Shores, Pompano Isles, Santa Barbara Shores, Santamaria Harbor, and Terra Mar Island Estates. All of the Communities are located East of U.S. 1/Federal Highway.
    2 of the Properties that sold are Oceanfront Properties in the Community of Hillsboro Shores.  They are 2306 Bay Drive, sold for $5,250,000 and 2100 Bay Drive, sold for $3,500,000.
  • 37 Single Family Waterfront Homes in Communities WITH Fixed Bridges sold with a purchase price range of $367,000 – $940,000 and average purchase price of $583,520. All of the properties are located along Ocean access Canals.  The Community locations are Snug Harbor, Cypress Island, Cypress Isles Estates, Cypress Harbor, Garden Isles, Boulevard Park Isles, Cypress Cove, Cypress Lake Estates, Waterview Estates, and Cypress Lake.  All of the Communities are located East of I-95 and West of U.S. 1/Federal Highway.
