Pelican Grand Beach Resort enjoys a beautiful direct Oceanfront location on the Beach in Ft. Lauderdale and offers full Amenities. Pelican Grand’s Sunday Brunch is my favorite of Beachfront Sunday Brunch locations in South Florida.
Of Condo Hotels in Ft. Lauderdale, Pelican Grand is the only one that’s located directly on the Beach (the others in the Beach area are located across the Street from the Beach).
Currently, Pelican Grand is undergoing a $7 Million renovation project, will remain open during the renovation, and plans to complete renovation by December of this Year. Pelican Grand is owned by Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

In the most recent Years, few Units at Pelican Grand have been placed on the Market for sale. Note as well that Pelican Grand is a small Building with a total of only 159 Units (a mix of Studio and 1-Bedroom Units). The most recently sold Units at Pelican Grand are as follows:
