Palm Beach New Construction Condo Update

 

 

New Condos that are currently under construction (and/or recently completed construction) in Palm Beach County include direct Oceanfront Condos on the Beach, Intracoastal, non-Waterfront, and Condos that are located Downtown within walking distance to Shops and Restaurants.

I provided a list of Condos below and an update about their current status, availability, prices, etc.*  Each Condo’s name is linked to their individual profile page, which includes additional details about each one.

  • Vistablue Condo in Singer Island:  Direct Oceanfront, Construction is complete, and Closings started in May of 2018. Vistablue has a total of 58 Units, is 75% sold, and remaining Units range in price from $1,557,000 – $7,744,000.  Penthouse F at Vistablue Condo, sold on June 15, 2018 for a purchase price of $7,556,122, set a Record for the highest price ever paid for a Singer Island Condo.  Penthouse F has 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, 6,423 Square Feet of Living Area and 7,642 total Square Feet (including Balconies).
  • 5000 North Ocean Condo in Singer Island:  Direct Oceanfront, currently under construction, topped off the Roof last Month, and is planned for delivery in the Fall of 2019.  5000 North Ocean Condo has a total of 48 Units.  Available Residences range in price from $2,000,000 – $5.6 Million+.
  • Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences in Singer Island:  Direct Oceanfront, currently under construction, and planned for delivery in late 2019 or early 2020.  Amrit Ocean Residences has 193 Residences.  Price range:  $800,000’s – $1,900,000+.
  • 3550 South Ocean Condo in Palm Beach:  Direct Oceanfront, currently under construction, topped off the Roof in June of 2018, and is planned for delivery in 2019.  3550 South Ocean has a total of 30 Units. Available Residences range in price from $2,325,000 – $7,000,000+.
  • Water Club North Palm Beach Condo:  Intracoastal front.  The first 2 Towers of Water Club North Palm Beach Condo completed construction in 2016.  Currently, the 3rd and final Tower of Water Club Condo is under construction and is planned for completion in the first Quarter of 2020.  The 3rd Tower has a total of only 30 Units and they range in price from $1,400,000 – $3 Million.
  • Azure Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens: Intracoastal front.  Completed construction in July of 2018.  Azure has a total of 101 Units.
  • The Bristol Palm Beach in West Palm Beach:  Intracoastal front.  Currently under construction and planned for completion by the end of this Year or early 2019. The Bristol has a total of 69 Units. Remaining Residences range in price from $7,500,000 – $13,000,000+.
  • 111 First Delray:  Located Downtown in Delray Beach, non-Waterfront. 111 First Delray topped off/reached construction of the Roof, and is planned for completion in the 2nd Quarter of 2019.  111 First Delray has a total of 70 Units. Remaining Units range in price from the $500,000’s – $1,300,000+.
  • Tower 155 Condo in Boca Raton:  Located Downtown, non-Waterfront.  Tower 155 Condo is 85% sold and is planned for delivery in early 2019.  Tower 155 has a total of 128 Units and remaining Residences range in price from the $600,000’s – $1,800,000+.
  • Alina Residences Boca Raton:  Located Downtown, non-Waterfront.  Alina Residences just launched sales a few Weeks ago, has a total of 122 Units, and is planned for completion in 2020.  Prices range from ~$1,000,000 – $6,000,000+.
  • 327 Royal Palm in Boca Raton:  Located Downtown, non-Waterfront. Planned for construction completion this Year.  Remaining Residences range in price from $1,650,000 – $5,200,000. 327 Royal Palm Condo has a total of 24 Units.
  • Mandarin Oriental Residences Boca Raton:  Located Downtown, non-Waterfront.  Planned for construction completion in 2020. Mandarin Oriental has a total of 92 Residences.
  • Akoya at Boca West Condo:  Located in West Boca Raton on the Grounds of Boca West Country Club.  Akoya at Boca West is planned for construction completion this Year. Akoya has a total of 120 Units and remaining Residences range in price from the $900,000’s – $3,600,000+.
