Vistablue has a total of 58 Units, is 75% sold, and remaining Units range in price from $1,557,000 – $7,744,000. Penthouse F at Vistablue Condo, sold on June 15, 2018 for a purchase price of $7,556,122, set a Record for the highest price ever paid for a Singer Island Condo.
