Auberge Beach Residences Update

Auberge Beach Residences is now fully open! Construction of Auberge Beach Residences is complete, including both Towers, Dune Restaurant, and the Spa.
- The North Tower of Auberge is a 17-Story Building with a total of 56 Units. The North Tower is 100% sold out of Developer owned Units. Closings in the North Tower started on August 29, 2018 and the final purchase prices of the Units were $1,398,900 – $9,297,900. A few Resales are available and are currently priced from $1,879,000 – $9,500,000.
- The South Tower of Auberge is a 23-Story Building with a total of 115 Units. Closings started on November 6, 2018. Per Property Tax Records, 78 Units have closed so far in the South Tower and their final purchase prices ranged from $1,350,000 – $7,749,900. Additional Units are currently under Contract for purchase with future Closing dates scheduled. A few Developer owned Units remain available for purchase and 2 Resales are currently on the Market. Prices for available Units in the South Tower currently range from $2,650,000 – $6,490,000.
The Ocean and City views from Residences at Auberge are beautiful, the Amenities are great, and I love Dune Restaurant and the Spa, which I’ll highlight in future posts.

Of new Condos that were constructed in Fort Lauderdale, Auberge is the ONLY one that’s directly on the Beach. The others are located across from the Beach and in other locations.
Within the last 22 years (since 1997), only 5 direct Oceanfront Condos ON THE BEACH were built in Ft. Lauderdale (view them here), the most recent of which is Auberge, so inventory of recently constructed Oceanfront Condos in Ft. Lauderdale is very limited.
Auberge is a great addition to Ft. Lauderdale’s new Condos!
