Ocean Delray Condo Construction and availability update
Ocean Delray’s construction is progressing quickly and it’s estimated for completion in early 2021. Ocean Delray includes a total of only 19 Residences, is reported to be 40% sold out with only 11 Units remaining for sale, and prices for remaining Residences currently range from $5,349,000 – $8,834,050.
Ocean Delray is the first new Oceanfront Condo to be built in Delray Beach in over 30 Years. Wright by the Sea Hotel in Delray Beach was demolished and was formerly located on the site where Ocean Delray is currently being constructed. The majority of Condos in Delray Beach aren’t located on the Beach due to the lack of availability of Beachfront Land.
