L’Hermitage Condo enjoys a highly desirable location on the Beach in Ft. Lauderdale with a 10-Acre direct Oceanfront site and full-service luxury Amenities. Condos at L’Hermitage range in size from 1,537 – 4,000+ Square Feet, with 2-4 or more Bedrooms, depending on the Floor plan. A number of Condos at L’Hermitage offer private Elevator entry directly into the Residence instead of Hallway access.
During the Months of January – August of 2020, 17 Condos sold at L’Hermitage in Tower 1 and Tower 2, per MLS property sale records. The purchase price range of the Condos that sold was $750,000 – $3,715,000. Only 4 Condos were purchased for prices under $1 Million. Of the 17 Condos that sold, 15 were purchased during the Months of March – August.

Condos at L’Hermitage continue to not only hold their value well, but also continue to increase in value. L’Hermitage Unit Owners who complete FULL renovation of non-renovated Units (some have spent as much as $300,000 – $700,000+ on renovation costs) do so with the knowledge that there’s significant return on their investment.
Current Inventory of Units for sale at L’Hermitage
Of the total 444 Units at L’Hermitage, only 26 are on the Market for sale, which represents slightly less than 6% of the Units in the Complex.
