Below are details about the current, average purchase prices for Ft. Lauderdale Oceanfront Condos (based on the purchase prices of Oceanfront Condos sold in Ft. Lauderdale during the Months of September 2020 – February 2021):
- 2-Bedroom Condos in Buildings constructed prior to 1997: $569,982
- 3-Bedroom Condos in Buildings constructed prior to 1997: $885,711
- 2-Bedroom Condos in Buildings constructed in 1997 and after: $1,025,218
- 3-Bedroom Condos in Buildings constructed in 1997 and after: $1,914,717
In the information noted above, I used the year 1997 since 1997 was the Construction year for the first of Ft. Lauderdale’s most recently constructed direct Oceanfront Condos. Only 5 direct Oceanfront Condos ON the Beach (not across from the Beach) in Ft. Lauderdale were constructed within the last 24 Years (1997 – 2021). They are Auberge Beach Residences, Coconut Grove Residences, The Palms, L’Hermitage, and L’Ambiance Condo. Of those 5, the newest Condo is Auberge Beach Residences , which was built in 2018.
