The Condo Hotel market in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is very active and Ft. Lauderdale is a very desirable South Florida location. A Condo Hotel purchase is great to consider for Buyers who are interested in purchasing a Condo that has the most rental flexibility. If you’re planning to own a Vacation Condo that you would like to rent while you’re away, a Condo Hotel could work well.

Condo Hotels allow daily, weekly, and monthly Rentals (unlike the majority of Condos that limit Rentals to a minimum of 3 Months or 6 Months and limit the number of times per Year that Owners may rent their Units.) Condo Hotels offer a Rental Management Program through which Unit Owners may rent their Units to Hotel Guests (with Unit Revenue shared between the Hotel and Unit Owner and Management + Rental of the Unit managed and marketed by the Hotel.)

Property features include: Full-service luxury Amenities, breathtaking views of the Ocean, Beach, City skyline, and Intracoastal, on-site Restaurants, contemporary design, and more!

Where are the properties located?

Beach area Condo Hotels in Fort Lauderdale are Conrad Ocean Resort Residences, W Ft. Lauderdale Resort, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, Atlantic Resort and Spa, Pelican Grand Beach Resort, and Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale. Currently under construction is Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Residences, which is planned for delivery at the end of 2021 and 75% of its’ Residences are sold.

What are their current prices?

  • W Fort Lauderdale: Recently sold Units were purchased for $625,000 – $1,030,000
  • Conrad Ocean Resort Residences: Recently purchased Units were sold for $431,000 – $2,393,200
  • Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort: Recently purchased Units were sold for $170,000 – $720,000
  • Atlantic Resort and Spa: Recently purchased Units were sold for $330,000 – $1,320,000
  • Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale Residences: Recently purchased Units were sold for $625,000 – $1,825,000
  • Pelican Grand Beach Resort: None of its Units were recently on the Market for sale and rarely are
  • Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Residences, currently under construction, 75% sold, and planned for delivery at the end of 2021: Prices for remaining Residences range from $4,050,000 – $15,000,000+
