2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach holds the distinction of being the most recently built Oceanfront Condo in Broward County. 2000 Ocean Condo completed construction this year and recorded their first closing on January 10, 2022. The closed sales range in price from $2,550,000 – $6,600,000. The most recently closed sale was for the purchase of Unit 33B, sold on June 1, 2022 for $4,600,000.

NOTE: Regarding initial closings and recorded sales for Condos that just completed construction, it’s important to keep in mind that many Buyers executed their Purchase Contracts and accepted purchase prices in the early stages of the Condominium’s sales and pre-construction. As such, their closed sales prices don’t reflect current market value. In the case of 2000 Ocean, their sales launched in 2017, so Buyers who executed purchase Contracts several years ago have purchase prices that are much lower than current market value.
