Property sold for $173,000,000: Florida’s highest Residential sale ever
The highest purchase price for a Residential property in Florida has now been recorded. 2000 South Ocean Blvd. and a portion of nearby Bird Island in the town of Manalapan, Florida in Palm Beach County sold for $173,000,000 last week, setting a record for the most expensive home ever sold in Florida. Note: 2000 South Ocean Blvd. previously sold for $94 million in March of 2021.
The property was purchased by Oracle co-founder, Billionaire Larry Ellison, who purchased the property from Jim Clark, the co-founder of Netscape. The property includes a total of approximately 22 Acres, including the ~16-Acre Estate with ~1,200 feet of Beach frontage and ~1,300 feet of Intracoastal frontage. Click here to read the Article.
