Property Tax records indicate that 23 of the 41 private Residences sold in 2022 during the months of February – June. This refers to closed sales that have been recorded in Property Tax records, not Condos that are currently pending sale/under contract for purchase. The properties that sold are listed below:

- Unit 1103: Sold for $4,200,000 and resold for $5,800,000
- Unit 803: Sold for $3,975,000 and resold for $5,250,000

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Penthouses
Penthouse 2202 is currently under contract for purchase and its list price is $15,900,000. Penthouse 2201 is currently under contract for purchase and its list price is $15,000,000. Sub Penthouse Unit 2102 is currently on the market for sale, priced at $14,900,000. Unit 2102 has 5 Bedrooms, 6.5 Baths, 6,185 Square feet of living area and 8,735 total Square feet. This is the only remaining Penthouse Residence.
NOTE: Regarding initial closings and recorded sales for Condos that just completed construction, it’s important to keep in mind that many Buyers executed their Purchase Contracts and purchase prices in the early stages of the Condominium’s sales and pre-construction. As such, their sales prices after initial closings occur are prices that don’t reflect current market value. In the case of Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, their sales launched in 2017, so Buyers who executed purchase Contracts several years ago and at other times that were prior to the current market, have purchase prices that are much lower than current market value. Purchase prices of the Condos above that resold are prices that reflect their current market value.

This refers to closed sales that have been recorded in Property Tax records, not Condos that are currently pending sale/under contract for purchase.
