Casamar Pompano Beach’s groundbreaking ceremony was held today and I enjoyed attending. One of my buyers is under Contract to purchase a 4-Bedroom Residence at Casamar, priced at $3,399,900. We’re excited about the project and construction progress. Casamar is planned for delivery in 2025.
