Casamar Pompano Beach 2024 construction update
I visited Casamar Pompano Beach’s site yesterday, February 25, 2024, and took video while I was there (see video above). Construction is progressing well and planned for completion in the 1st quarter of 2025. Casamar occupies 283′ of linear Oceanfront, offering a wide expanse of Beachfront and breathtaking Ocean views.
Casamar launched sales in 2022 and completed ground breaking in May of 2023. Casamar is almost sold out and only 2 Units currently remain available.
