What’s being built in Downtown West Palm Beach?
Luxury pre-construction Condos

 

West Palm is experiencing significant growth of luxury pre-construction Condos in the Downtown area. There’s also significant redevelopment Downtown, recently constructed and  under construction Office towers, new Restaurants, high end Retailers and more. West Palm Beach is being referred to as “Wall Street South” due to the high number of financial firms that have relocated to the area.

2 of the pre-construction Condos are Branded Residences, which are a first for West Palm Beach. Below is a list of Condos that are currently under construction or pre-construction in Downtown West Palm Beach as of December 2024, along with links to view each Building’s profile page, floor plans and additional details.

  • Forté on Flagler: Across from the Intracoastal, 41 Units, under construction and planned for delivery in 2025. Prices for remaining Units start at $14,675,000.
  • Alba Palm Beach: Direct Intracoastal waterfront, 55 Units, under construction and planned for delivery in 2026. Prices range from $2,865,000 – $12,000,000+.
  • South Flagler House: Across from the Intracoastal, 108 Units, under construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices range from $6,000,000 – $72,000,000.
  • Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach: Across from the Intracoastal, 138 Units, pre-construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices start at $2,200,000.
  • Shorecrest West Palm Beach: Across from the Intracoastal, 140 Units, pre-construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices range from $950,000 – $3,500,000+.
  • Olara Residences: Across from the Intracoastal, 275 Units, under construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices range from $2,000,000 – $7,400,000+.
  • Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach: 2 blocks from the Intracoastal, 57 Resort Residences, 89 Tower Residences and 110 Hotel Rooms, pre-construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices range from $1,417,000 – $5,700,000.
  • The Berkeley Palm Beach: On S. Australian Avenue, west of U.S. 1, 193 Units, pre-construction and planned for delivery in 2027. Prices range from $1,900,000 – $9,500,000+.
