The Plaza at Oceanside Pompano Beach Condo
Since my previous Market Report, 10 additional Units were purchased in the Plaza at Oceanside Pompano Beach Condo and were purchased during the months of August and September of 2011 (see purchase prices and Unit numbers below). The completion of these sales brings the total number of Units sold in the Building this year to 61 Units.
Of 186 total Units in the Building, only 28 remain for sale, so they’re almost sold out. Considering the high number of sales that they’ve already experienced this year and with us being in peak season for the purchase of East and Waterfront properties (October – March), I think that the remaining Units will be sold quickly.

Of 186 total Units in the Building, only 28 Developer Owned Units remain for sale and currently, only 1 Resale Unit is on the Market for sale.
