Condos Sold in The Palms in 2010

To date, 8 Condos were purchased in The Palms and their purchase price range was $695,000 – $2,200,000.  All 8 of the Units that were sold are indicated to have been Cash purchases, as is typical in the current market, particularly in our local Condo market, where Cash sales are 80% of all Transactions.   Of the Units sold, none were Bank Owned Foreclosures and 1 was a Short Sale, Unit #17D.

Condos for Sale in the Palms

Of 192 total Units in both Towers, only 23 are currently listed for sale (15 Units in Tower 1 and 7 Units in Tower 2).   Their price range is $565,000 – $2,950,000.   All of the Units are Condos and currently none of the 7 Townhouses are listed for Sale.  

2 of the available Units are Bank Owned Foreclosures, listed for $655,900 and $840,900.

Within the last 12 years, only 4 direct Oceanfront Condos have been built in Ft. Lauderdale and The Palms is 1 of the 4.   If you’re considering Ft. Lauderdale Oceanfront Condos or Ft.
