Hollywood Lakes Homes Sold in the 4th Quarter of 2010

During the months of October, November, and December of 2010, 20 Homes in Hollywood Lakes were sold (property purchases as recorded in the MLS and Property Tax Records). Their purchase price range was $170,000 – $1,400,000.

Of the 20 properties that were purchased, only 7 have a Pool (in previous posts, I have discussed the fact that less than half of Homes for sale have a Pool).

Of the properties that were purchased, 3 were Bank Owned Foreclosures and 4 were Short Sales. The Bank Owned Foreclosures were purchased in a purchase price range of $170,000 – $228,100. The Short Sales were purchased in a purchase price range of $200,000 – $275,000.
