Last week, I viewed 2 Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Ft. Lauderdale (a 2-Bedroom Corner Unit on the 17th Floor and a 1-Bedroom Unit on the 16th Floor), and included several pictures of the Units in this post.

This year, 4 Residences in the Ritz Ft. Lauderdale have been purchased to date (see purchase prices and purchase dates below).

Besides the exclusivity of the Ritz-Carlton Brand and luxury Amenities that are offered, a significant advantage to Owners is that the Ritz-Carlton Ft. Lauderdale DOES NOT limit the number of days that Owners can occupy their Units (unlike the majority of other Condo Hotels in Ft. Lauderdale and South Florida).
