Besides the exclusivity of the Ritz-Carlton Brand and luxury Amenities that are offered, a significant advantage to Owners is that the Ritz-Carlton Ft. Lauderdale DOES NOT limit the number of days that Owners can occupy their Units (unlike the majority of other Condo Hotels in Ft. Lauderdale and South Florida).
