  • 1011 Hillsboro Mile was built in 1984, has 110′ of Oceanfront + 110′ of Intracoastal, 5,000 Square Feet of Living Area, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths, and a 2-Car Garage.   It was sold as a Bank Owned Foreclosure for a purchase price of $4,200,000 on June 10, 2011 and is a Teardown/in need of complete renovation.
Last year, 5 Single Family Oceanfront properties were purchased in Hillsboro Beach with a purchase price range of $3,400,000 – $9,250,000 and you can review details about those purchases here in my previous Market report.
