3 properties that were previously owned by Scott Rothstein were recently listed on the Market for Sale as Bank Owned Foreclosures. All are Waterfront properties located off of Las Olas Blvd. in the Las Olas Isles area of Seven Isles. The properties are as follows:
- 2627 Castilla Isle– priced at $705,900- listed for sale on January 28, 2012
- 2308 Castilla Isle- priced at $1,939,000 – listed for sale on January 4, 2012
- 2316 Castilla Isle- priced at $985,000 – listed for sale on January 4, 2012
Since being listed for sale, 2308 Castilla and 2316 Castilla have already gone under Contract for purchase, as is typical in our local Foreclosure Market. East and Waterfront Foreclosures are in extremely high demand, but in low supply, so they typically sell within 30 days or less, have multiple Offers submitted for their purchase, and are usually purchased for prices that exceed their list prices. That being the case, it comes as no surprise that 2 of the 3 properties are already under Contract and I suspect that they will be sold over list price. When the purchase transactions are completed/closed, I will provide future updates.
