Unit #1202 was purchased on April 8, 2010 for $775,000, per closed sales data from Broward County Property Tax Records. As noted in my previous post, the “02″ Model is the Mozart Floorplan, which is the largest of the Floorplans at Sonata Beach Club and has the most expansive Oceanfront views. The sale of Unit #1202 was the last of the Mozart Floorplan located on high Floors. The highest Floor is #16. The remaining Units with this Floor Plan are located on lower Floors, #402, #502, and #702.
