Since my previous report, 2 additional Units were purchased at Aquazul:
- Unit 404: purchased for $1,275,000 on September 30, 2013
- Unit 704: purchased for $1,450,000 on April 8, 2013
Units 404 and 704 are Northeast Corner Units. Each have 3 Bedrooms, 4 full Baths, 1 half Bath, and 3,029 Square Feet of Living Area. Neither of the Units were purchased as Short Sales or Foreclosures. The most recent purchase prices at Aquazul are higher than they were a year ago, as is currently being experienced with South Florida Real Estate values.
Aquazul is located at 1600 S. Ocean Blvd. in Lauderdale by the Sea, adjacent to Ft. Lauderdale.
